Strategic Security Management Consultants (SSMC) is a full-service Security Consulting Firm providing objective and independent security consulting services for healthcare, corporate and government organizations.We chose to name our consulting firm “Strategic” Security Management Consulting as both a homage to our legacy style of Security Management and as a promise to our Clients. SSMC understands most successful organizations have written organizational security into their Business Plans. From a Strategic standpoint, a “Culture of Safety” is viewed as a mission critical component to the success of any business. In fact, Walt Disney intentionally identified “Safety” first in his organization’s “4 Pillars of Success”. The Strategic Difference is a combination of practical experience, values, and ethics mixed with a passion and desire to create a safe and secure environment. SSMC treats clients like Business Partners. SSMC understands that each hospital or business is unique in terms of size, complexity, and culture. The Strategic Difference is awareness that not all Security Solutions will work in every business.

SSMC does not accept finder’s fees, commissions or other compensation from any business that produces, manufactures, install or sells any security related equipment or provides security staffing services.
